This label highlights the culinary riches of the Nice region and guarantees respect for local traditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The label was created in 1998 by a passionate association, the \u201cCapelina d\u2019Or\u201d, whose mission was to preserve and promote authentic Ni\u00e7oise cuisine. Their goal was to protect a unique culinary heritage while sharing it with as many people as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2014, the label has been managed by the Nice Tourist Office, which promotes traditional restaurants that respect this time-honored know-how. Today, it has become a true benchmark for lovers of local cuisine and for visitors looking for an authentic culinary experience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The label's technical committee has listed no fewer than <em><strong>45 signature dishes and recipes<\/strong><\/em>, such as the famous salade ni\u00e7oise, petits farcis (stuffed vegetables), pissaladi\u00e8re and socca. It also showcases local produce such as Nice courgettes, courgette flowers, Nice olives and olive oil, mesclun and many more.
